Sprinklr Integration and Implementation Engineers (m/f/d)

Platform Engineering: Configure and implement Sprinklr solutions aligned with DT business requirements and best practices. End-to-End Delivery: Drive the full lifecycle—from business analysis and functional specs to testing and deployment. Technical Integration: E.g. Manage REST API connections, webhooks, and authentication across Sprinklr modules (Groovy/JS). Stakeholder Management: Bridge the gap between IT, Business, and Operations, ensuring high product adoption and training "Client Champions." Sprinklr Expertise: Experience in configuration and implementation Dev & Integration: Proficient in Groovy/JavaScript and RESTful API architecture. Voice/Telephony: Experience with SIP, VoIP, IVR, and SBCs and similar. Soft Skills: Builders mindset, analytical thinking, agile collaboration, and fluency in English (German is a plus). Innovation: Knowledge of Conversational AI or the Telecom industry is a bonus.
