Programming Siemens control systems in the TIA Portal
Commissioning of hardware and software
Commissioning of fail-safe PLCs
Independent creation and testing of programs
Creating process sequences according to customer requirements
Creating WinCC HMI visualizations
Commissioning and maintenance on various systems
Extension and adaptation of existing control systems
General problem solving and software customization

Special Tasks

Methodical procedure for commissioning PLC programs in systems automated with Siemens S7 modules
Commissioning and fault diagnosis in Profibus networks
Typical types of faults (hardware, program, logical and sporadic faults)
Detecting and rectifying malfunctions
Checking the correct function
Getting to know the STEP 7 diagnostic functions
Diagnostic options with organization blocks
Localizing system-specific errors"

Technical Content

Interfaces: Modbus, OPC-UA, ProfiNET, TCP/IP, IO-link, FTP
Programming languages: FBD, LD, IL, SCL, Graph, VBS, ANSI-C
Optional: Robot: Mitsubishi

Completed training in the field of control and automation technology
Programming skills in SIEMENS S7 TIA Portal
Commissioning and service experience for complex production and automation technology
Fluent German
