As our (Sr.) Brand Activation Manager Poland - Events, you'll orchestrate high-impact brand experiences across Poland, turning strategic vision into unforgettable moments that deepen customer loyalty and amplify our brand presence.
This is a role for someone who thrives on bringing big ideas to life. You'll own end-to-end execution of major brand activation projects—with a focus on large-scale events and promotions. From PGA to Pyrkon and major Polish music festivals, you'll manage complex logistics, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure every activation delivers exceptional brand experiences while staying on budget.

Responsibilities:
- Own the Stage: Lead major Polish brand activations from idea to execution. Since HOLY’s launch in Poland in June 2025, we’ve been present at Poznań Game Arena and are currently preparing for Pyrkon 2026. Looking ahead, our plans for 2026/27 are ambitious, and you will play a key role in shaping them—from major Polish music festivals to niche activations. The stage is yours. Every project should create a “wow” moment and strengthen the HOLY Squad in Poland.
- Be the Connector: Act as the go-to hub between internal teams, agencies, and partners to keep every project smooth, on time, and on point.
- Make Smart Moves: Manage budgets, assess ROI, and find clever trade-offs that deliver maximum impact without compromising quality.
- Innovate the Process: Build smarter ways of working—refine workflows, share learnings, and scale what works to raise the activation bar every time.
