Sr./ Logistic Executive(m/w/d)

Aktuell arbeiten wir in Dresden an einem spannenden Halbleiterprojekt für einen weltweit führenden Kunden. Dabei übernehmen wir spezialisierte Leistungen in den reichen Reinraumarchitektur sowie mechanische und elektrische Services.

• Manage all logistic related issues.
• Onsite/ Offsite storage area space management.
• Manage all means of ingress and egress.
• Feasibility study on site logistic plan, such as Construction space reservation, Wall construction on hold, etc.
• Consolidate input from all relevant parties to determine facilities/ machinery requirements. (i.e. Lifting platform dimensions, capacity and loading, etc.)
• Provide advice in assessing material delivery plan and schedule.
• Ensure all storage/ logistic activities conducted are compliant with EHS requirements.
• Storage area management (onsite/ offsite)
• Manage incoming material storage with input from Package Owners.
• Manage Outgoing material to required area, with input from Construction Manager, Site supervisor, or any authorized personnel.
• Space management and optimization of storage area.
• Manage material in/out and track inventory.
• Manage all means of ingress and egress of construction site. (Including but not limited to site personnel, machinery, material and waste)
• Ensure material/ equipment/ machinery are delivered to required construction zone at required time for construction use.
• Arrange hoisting and material handling facilities/ machinery.
• Conduct feasibility study and clear move in path.
• Conduct all necessary permitting, request, application and approval procedures for logistic related needs, i.e. Lifting Platform Request, Material Hoisting Request, etc.
• Liaison with external parties and coordination of internal team for all logistic relevant matters.
• Ensure material/ machinery /equipment delivered to storage area are adequately protected.
• Ensure ingress procedure to construction zone do not damage construction material/ equipment.

• Strong presentation and documentation ability using MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in relevant professional
• Ability to work independently with a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (professional and written communication), other languages is a plus
