Partner with ALM segment leaders and field marketing teams to design and execute global and regional go-to-market programs. Plan digital marketing initiatives, including webinars, paid campaigns, virtual events, and third-party promotions. Review market data and competitive positioning to recommend messaging and content updates Measure and report on program performance to drive optimization and inform decision-making. Align closely with sales teams to ensure marketing is driving qualified opportunities and supporting pipeline goals. Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and demand generation teams to ensure consistent messaging and flawless campaign execution. You're a proactive marketer who understands how to turn strategy into execution and data into insight. You take pride in producing high-quality work, excel in managing multiple initiatives, and enjoy the challenge of connecting complex technology to business value. 2-5 years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally within enterprise software, engineering, or manufacturing technology. Strong project management and communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with marketing analytics and GenAI platforms or interest in developing deep expertise in them. A results-driven mindset with comfort analyzing marketing impact and adjusting strategies accordingly.
