Salary Range: € 75.000 - 90.000 per year gross depending on the seniority level

Find and attract top-tier tech talent, representing our startup in the best light possible to engage +++A candidates.
Own the end-to-end recruitment process for tech roles, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for candidates.
Partner closely with leadership to define role requirements, develop strategic recruitment plans, and foster company culture.
Build and nurture strong talent pipelines, leveraging creative sourcing strategies to attract and engage the best candidates.
Represent our brand in the tech community by attending relevant events, networking, and creating compelling narratives about our mission and culture.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with company growth objectives and contribute to the success of creating Europe's largest virtual power plant.
Drive process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Participate in resolving ongoing hiring challenges and proactively develop solutions to overcome them.
Proven experience in tech recruiting, preferably in fast-scaling tech companies or startups.
Strong knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and a knack for identifying top-tier talent.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach.
High energy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for recruitment.
Strong urge to increase efficiency and automate processes wherever possible.
Operational excellence, with the ability to stay organized and on top of multiple tasks and priorities.
Familiarity with ATS platforms (Personio experience is a plus).

After starting a few of my own ventures and completing my studies in Finance, I transitioned into the consulting industry, where I eagerly immersed myself in energy projects. From that point on, I was hooked.
