Staffing & Ressource Manager

At any time, full-time, permanent contract, in our Munich Office

• You will be the central point of contact between our partners and consultants, ensuring smooth project staffing
• In staffing, you will plan and coordinate the optimal deployment of our internal and external ressources, maintaining close communication with all decision-makers
• You will consider both client requirements and the individual strengths, interests, and development paths of our employees
• Additionally, you will drive the development of our freelancer network both operationally and strategically, and further develop our collaboration processes with external experts to address content-related and capacity gaps

• You have a university degree, e.g., in Business Administration or Psychology – however, more important than your specific field of study is your professional experience and whether you are a good personal fit for us
• You have at least 4 years of experience in staffing and ressource management, ideally within management consulting
• You are familiar with a dynamic project environment and understand general project work and related HR processes
• Initial experience working with freelancers and maintaining talent pools is a plus
• You have excellent communication skills and a strong sense for people and competencies
• You are known for your structured approach to work and your ability to maintain an overview even with multiple parallel requests
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
