Stellenbeschreibung: Event Marketing & Koordinator Werkstudent (ca. 15 Stunden/Woche)

Unser Produkt Continuum AI ist der erste GenAI-Dienst, bei dem sämtlichen Daten zu jeder Zeit geschützt sind. Dies birgt enormes Potenzial, das wir schnellstmöglich realisieren wollen.Join us in creating great events! As a working student in event marketing and coordination, you’ll take a hands-on role in executing our events. You’ll be involved in organizing, planning, and coordinating logistics, with a special focus on event set-up. 

• Help craft the messaging for our booths at industry fairs to ensure they align with our brand and key focus areas.
• Assist in coordinating event logistics, from registration to on-site support, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Organize materials needed for events, including signage and promotional materials.
• Work closely with the sales team, who usually staffs the booth, to align on strategy.
• Ensure everything runs smoothly for attendees and speakers at our conferences, webinars, and meetups.

• You are based in Berlin and are open to coming to the office or attending conferences on-site (flexible based on your needs).
• You are preferably currently studying marketing, business, or a related field.
• You have prior experience in event organization, especially with hands-on tasks like booth setup or logistics.
• You have an interest in cloud, AI, and related technologies.
• You are detail-oriented, and well organized.
• You have excellent communication skills in English, and at least B2 in German.
• Availability to start immediately is preferred.
