Stock Controller – Jimmy Choo The Store Stock Controller will be responsible for supporting all aspects relating to stock control within the boutique. Main responsibilities include:

• Organizing stock on shelves and maintaining a clean and neat stockroom  

• Transferring or removing, if necessary, boxes from stockroom to stockroom

• Receiving deliveries and ensuring that the stock delivered matches supporting documentation and reporting discrepancies to Store Manager

• Maintain effective stockroom controls to ensure continued stock supply and ensure stock record accuracy

• Take a proactive role in ensuring that the quality of your own work conforms to any standards defined by the company

• Managing In and Out stock transfers

• Supporting Store Stock Controller with the weekly reconciliation of unverified transfers and negatives reports sent by Head Office

• Performing cycle counts • Supporting faulty stock process • Communicating any stock issues to Store Manager and proactively help to find solutions

• Required to participate in stocktakes  

• Required to participate in store events

• Develop relationships and communicate effectively with wider store team 

• Ability to be flexible and adapt to change

• Working effectively within a team

• Computer literacy especially Excel.
