Arbeitsbeschreibung - Store und Community Manager:in (Berlin)
You are responsible for the entire appearance and sales in the store as well as for staff scheduling, warehouse and goods management, and inventory
You bring the store to life: You provide our guests with a unique in-store experience, are the face of our brand and ensure our guests receive first-class service from the moment they walk in the door
You coordinate and lead inspiring events, such as product launches, workshops, influencer meet and greets in coordination with the internal communication team in the store
You make the store a place where families enjoy spending time and come back again and again
Creating social media content for our channels to make our store accessible online as well
You are interested in feedback and ideas from our community and pass on the knowledge internally
Ideally, you know Stapelstein® and have been using the products yourself for a long time
You are proficient in both German and English
Ideally, you have a pedagogical background and/or experience with "open play", playful movement and feel comfortable working with children
You have already successfully managed a store and brought products to life on the sales floor
You keep a cool head when things get hectic and work in a solution-oriented manner when challenges need to be overcome
You are a strong communicator and your positive energy makes a visit to the store an unforgettable event for our guests
You are willing to work on Saturdays and during vacation periods (opening hours: Mon.-Sat. 11-19:00)
Self-organization and willingness to take responsibility (we work in a holocratic system and attach great importance to personal responsibility)
