Arbeitsbeschreibung - Strategic Partnerships Manager - Tax Advisors (f/m/x)

As our Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving growth through strategic collaboration, reporting directly to the Team Lead Partnerships. Your primary focus will be on the Tax Advisor segment, where you’ll work to expand the reach and impact of the Vimcar logbook, a solution tailored for tax advisors and individual users (B2C).

In this role, you’ll collaborate with our partnerships team to research opportunities, negotiate impactful agreements, and manage key partnerships. Your work will directly contribute to our revenue growth, with a focus on Reseller, Lead Generation, and Marketing Partnerships. From identifying market trends to integrating new partnerships into our business model, you’ll play a critical role in driving our strategic goals forward.

What you'll do:

  • Identifying Potential Partnerships: you extensively research suitable partners, such as Resellers or opportunities with TAX Advisors building and nurturing (long-term) relationships with them.
  • Negotiating Partnership Agreements: you align interests between Shiftmove and potential partners by designing partnership agreements that are flexible yet detailed, accommodating varying scenarios and long-term scalability.
  • Integrating Partners into Existing Operations: you ensure seamless integration of new partnerships with internal GTM Teams (prosumer marketing, customer support, and product development) by adapting existing systems and processes
  • Sustaining and Growing Partnerships: you provide continuous support and management of partnerships, addressing challenges as they arise, and fostering relationship growth.
  • Performance Measurement: you regularly evaluate the performance and ROI of partnerships through reporting, and adjusting strategies for maximum impact if needed.

How Success in this role looks like:

  • First 3 months: You established initial contact with potential partners and create a pipeline of partnership opportunities.
  • First 6 months: You close the first partnership deals and integrate partners into the current business processes.
  • First 9 months: You review the performance of new partnerships and adjust strategies for maximum impact.

What you should bring:

  • Previous experience in business development, consulting, sales or similar role (preferably in B2B SaaS or tech companies experiencing rapid growth).
  • Proven track record of building and managing relationships with partners.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong business relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Native level of German and English (min. C1)
  • Understanding of the fleet management market and the landscape of potential software providers and distributors is a big plus.
