Strategic Sourcing Manager (f/m/d)

As our Strategic Sourcing Manager, you'll define and optimize our sourcing processes, build a robust supplier network, and lead strategic negotiations. You'll work closely with our leadership team to drive digital transformation in procurement.Supply Network Development:

• Create a strategic sourcing roadmap.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers.
• Ensure production capacity meets our growth plans.
• Establish long-term supplier partnerships.
• Lead project management and work closely with technical colleagues.

Strategic Procurement:

• Standardize procurement processes (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs).
• Implement advanced digital procurement tools.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify and leverage procurement synergies.
• Implement KPI systems for performance monitoring.

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• 5+ years experience in supplier management and strategic procurement, with a focus on continuous learning.
• Demonstrated business acumen, leadership potential, communication finesse, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Team player with a motivational spirit.
