What do you contribute?

Join our central strategy team and shape the future of Rail Infrastructure short-distance traffic! As the Strategy Business Partner (f/m/d) for our “Mass Transit” Business segment (c. 1,000 employees), you will drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to a sustainable, innovative transportation landscape.

• You will develop and implement strategic initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders, especially the Business Segment’s Top Management.
• You will define strategy focus areas and action fields for the next years.
• Moreover, you will drive strategy projects (especially innovation, sales, portfolio, footprint, Train2Cloud) independently or through empowered teams.
• You will craft strategic communication tailored to key audiences, including marketing plans and stakeholder engagement.
• Also, you will position our innovative, sustainable solutions in external affairs, influencing governments and policymakers.
• You will support public funding efforts for innovation and business development.

What do you bring along?

• You hold a Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Additionally, you bring several years of experience in strategy, business development, or corporate functions.
• Ideally, you have industry knowledge in rail infrastructure.
• You enjoy analyzing complex topics and structuring strategic roadmaps.
• Furthermore, you work proactively and independently, driving initiatives with passion.
• Your German and English skills enable seamless communication at all levels, including top management.
