Jung von Matt TECH is looking for a Student Assistant – Client Services (d/f/m)

Are you a student who is passionate about the digital world and eager to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance and content management? Do you thrive in dynamic, interdisciplinary teams where collaboration and skill development go hand in hand? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

The tasks:

Quality Assurance: Conduct testing of websites with a focus on high-quality standards to ensure optimal project delivery to our clients. It is important that you are able to work on site at the agency on a regular basis so that you have access to our testing devices. Your testing tasks will include functional testing as well as comparing layouts and texts. Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus, but not essential.
Content Management: Assist in content maintenance across various systems. Experience with content management systems is beneficial, but not required.
Event Management: Support in planning team events.

About you:

You are highly self-motivated and can work independently and responsibly.
You are proactive, not only completing assigned tasks but also looking for areas where you can contribute and add value.
You are curious and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in diving into new topics and expanding your knowledge.
You are communicative, unafraid to ask questions when something is unclear, and ensure that you stay in sync with the team.
You are skilled in German (level C2).
You have a hands-on mentality, willing to look beyond your immediate responsibilities and help out wherever needed.
