Student Assistant CRM & Content Support

• You will help manage the CRM system by creating company profiles for members of the Cyber Valley Community. You track the data and administer key information about our contacts in the CRM system.
• You will help  promote our channels and tell the Cyber Valley story. Under supervision, write and translate texts, articles, and press releases, and accompany events.
• You will create graphics/designs for content for Cyber Valley, including header images, social media posts, etc...
• You will update information about our Partners and Cyber Valley Community members on the Cyber Valley website. 
• You will assist the Communication & Society Team in using the data and help with organizational tasks.
• You will take on research work. 

• You should be detail oriented and have a passion for accuracy and details. 
• Confident writing and organisational skills, previous editorial experience welcome.
• You should know the relevant Adobe programmes (Premiere / Audition), Canva and content management systems or be interested in learning them.
• Very good knowledge of German and English (most of the work will be in English).
• Independent, reliable, and conscientious work ethic.
• Proficient knowledge of office applications.
