👉 Your main responsibilities

• Sending and tracking of documents per courier services (e.g., UPS, DHL)


• Copying and scanning of documentation


• Preparation of documents for authentication process (e.g., notarization, legalization)


• Checking of official documents for accuracy


• Documentation of all relevant information in the internal database


• Filing


• General administrative tasks
  

The perfect match...

• Very good English, both spoken and written


• Well-versed in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook


• Strong communication and organisational skills and reliability


• Ability to work independently and accurately under deadline pressure


• Detail-oriented and high work ethic
