Subject Matter Expert - Industrial Engineer (m/f/d) - for semiconductor industry

Conduct time studies using REFA or MTM methodologies to identify process inefficiencies. Lead process optimization initiatives to improve throughput, reduce waste, and enhance productivity. Design ergonomic and efficient workplaces aligned with safety and operational standards. Implement and sustain LEAN production methods, including 5S, Kaizen, and value stream mapping. Support Kanban and Just-In-Time (JIT) production systems for optimal material flow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sequencing and capacity planning. Utilize ERP systems (SAP) for production planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking. Act as Subject Matter Expert for MES and SAP integration, ensuring seamless data flow between shop floor and enterprise systems. Define and maintain MES workflows, master data, and reporting structures to support real-time production visibility. Provide guidance on SAP modules related to production planning (PP), materials management (MM), and shop floor control. Lead digitalization initiatives, including system upgrades, user training, and process automation projects.
