Du liebst LEGO® genauso wie den direkten Kontakt zu unseren KundInnen?
Du verstehst es, unsere großen wie kleinen Kinder zu begeistern?
Du hast bereits erste Führungserfahrung sammeln können?


Werde Teil der LEGO Gruppe und unterstütze uns dabei, unsere KundInnen im LEGO Store Oberhausen Centro zu begeistern.


Als Supervisor (m/w/d) mit 30 Stunden pro Woche bist Du Teil des Store Managements und leitest die Mitarbeiter im Verkauf an.


Dieser Bauplan eröffnet Dir neue Gestaltungsräume und Entwicklungschancen:

  • Vorbildrolle für die Mitarbeitenden im Verkauf
  • fachliche Führung des Store Teams
  • Durchführung von Produkt- und Verkaufsschulung
  • Einhaltung der CI-Richtlinien des Unternehmens
  • Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheitsstandards
  • Pflege und Überwachung der Warenwirtschaft
  • administrative Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft
  • Teilnahme an Meetings

  • Erfahrung mit Verkaufssystemen sowie Kenntnisse in MS-Office
  • strukturierte und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • gute bis sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
