Supplier Quality Engineer (m/f/d) - semiconductor industry

As a Supplier Quality Engineer , you will drive supplier performance, lead qualification activities, resolve quality issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives\n\nKey responsibilities:\n\n * Selection, qualification, and auditing of new and existing suppliers\n\n * Support in validating suppliers\u2019 series production capabilities (statistical process control, implementation of test methods, spare parts management)\n\n * Ensuring reliable capacity and infrastructure for high\u2011volume production at the supplier\n\n * Participation in operational and strategic procurement projects (dual sourcing, change management, capacity projects)\n\n * Execution and technical leadership of the product qualification process for critical modules\n\n * Integration into the NPI development process in close collaboration with the engineering department\n\n * Support of supplier quality control management to continuously improve product standards\n\n\n\n\nQualification and experience: \n\n * Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field\n\n * At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in special\u2011purpose machinery or equipment manufacturing\n\n * Experience with supplier management and supplier qualification\n\n * Knowledge of manufacturing engineering practices, techniques, and methodologies\n\n * Confident handling of technical drawings and specifications\n\n * Customer\u2011 and goal\u2011oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility\n\n * Flexibility and willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams\n\n * Enjoyment of working in a high\u2011performance team in close coordination with various specialist departments on site and within the group\n\n * Strong communication skills in German and English\n\n\n\n\nSounds interesting?
