Supply Chain Coordinator (all genders welcome) in Berlin

As our Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone of our supplier network, driving performance across quality, speed, and cost. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll own supplier relationships, ensure flawless execution, and turn challenges into improvements—because operational excellence is the only standard we accept.

The Compensation:
Our base salary for this role ranges between €38,000 and €42,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. On top of that, you can earn up to €800/month through our performance-based bonus system – making the total compensation package up to €47,600–€51,600 per year.

Your Impact

• Own end-to-end supplier coordination across CNC, SMF, and AM technologies to deliver high-quality parts on time, every time.
• Drive quoting speed and competitiveness by selecting the right suppliers, negotiating cost and lead time, and placing orders with precision.
• Elevate performance—ensure suppliers consistently meet on-time delivery on-quality performance targets, taking action at the first sign of deviation.
• Solve fast—manage technical clarifications, resolve non-conformities, and lead root-cause analysis to prevent future issues.
• Build to last—onboard suppliers with rigor, educate them on MakerVerse standards, and strengthen partnerships through regular check-ins and performance reviews.
• Know the details—maintain clean, up-to-date systems and track every quote, PO, and supplier KPI with discipline.
• Fuel improvement—drive strategic supplier development initiatives and contribute to broader business process enhancements.
• Be the trusted partner—serve as the single point of contact for suppliers, proactively managing communication and resolving issues fast.

• Execution driven mindset with 3+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or supplier management—ideally in a mechanical engineering / manufacturing environment.
• Obsessive about operational metrics—on time, on quality, and margin performance aren’t just numbers to you, they’re your scoreboard.
• Problem solver by nature—comfortable making fast decisions and taking corrective action when things go wrong.
• Strong communicator—able to navigate technical discussions with suppliers and align internally with engineering, procurement, and customer teams.
• Customer-first—you're always steering supplier performance to positively impact customer experience.
• Team player—collaborate closely across disciplines, give direct feedback, and celebrate shared wins.
