Strong sense of quality, precision, and presentation.
Positive charisma, enthusiasm, and high motivation.
Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and guest-oriented service approach.
Experience in training junior chefs.
Knowledge of German or English at a communicative level.
Familiarity with European luxury hotel standards.
