To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a dedicated System Administrator (Windows) (m/f/d) to manage and further develop our systems at the operating system level.

Responsibilities

Administering the entire internal system landscape — from Windows 11-based local workstations to cloud instances
Supporting the setup and management of LAN networks and Wi-Fi infrastructures, while actively contributing to internal IT support and infrastructure improvements
Developing small tools and scripts using PowerShell and an additional common programming language to automate recurring tasks (e.g., software installations) and optimize processes
Analyzing and resolving system issues, monitoring all systems, and maintaining comprehensive system documentation

Key Qualifications

Whether you have completed formal training as an IT specialist, hold a degree in IT, or have gained practical experience in Windows system administration — we welcome diverse backgrounds
Strong hands-on experience in creating, maintaining, and optimizing Group Policies (GPOs)
Enjoyment of scripting and coding in PowerShell as well as in another programming language (C / C++ / C# / Python or similar)
Ideally, solid knowledge of network technologies (LAN/WLAN, DHCP, DNS, IP configuration)
Fluent German and good English skills

Desirables

Experience working with VR/AR hardware or other specialized peripheral devices
Knowledge in IT security and system hardening
Experience with software and hardware lifecycle management
