Build the Market Leader in Satellite Analytics with us at LiveEO

This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable owning problems end-to-end from a laptop enrollment issue to a network outage to an access review ahead of an audit.
Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for someone with EU citizenship. - Administer and maintain our identity provider and mobile device management platform, including user lifecycle, group-based policies, conditional access, and MFA enforcement
- Support day-to-day operations across our productivity suite (email, calendar, shared drives, admin console policies)
- Manage team collaboration tools and integrations, including access provisioning and workspace administration
- Maintain our IT asset management system, keeping hardware inventory, assignments, and lifecycle status accurate
- Administer our IT service management platform, ticket workflows, request forms, SLAs and our internal knowledge base/documentation space
- Provide admin support for the engineering team's issue tracker (user provisioning, workflow configuration, integrations)
- Support cloud infrastructure operations and basic administration within our AWS environment
- Administer and troubleshoot our network hardware, such as: routers, switches, access points, and VPN across office and remote setups
- Evaluate, roll out, and manage governance around AI coding and productivity tools used by engineering and other teams
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support across macOS, Linux, and Windows endpoints
- Contribute to security hardening efforts: patch management, endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, and access reviews
- Support ongoing SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance work, such as evidence collection, control documentation, audit prep, and policy maintenance
- Help maintain IT documentation, runbooks, and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Act as an escalation point for IT support tickets and troubleshoot infrastructure issues across the stack
