With products from the categories handbags, shoes, jewelry & watches For our Team in Düsseldorf or Berlin we are looking for a Linux / Windows System Administrator (m/f/x) Your Profile: Fachinformatiker IHK, BSc computer science or comparable with at least 5 years experience as Systemadministrator, System Engineer Solid knowledge of cloud computing technology (preferable AWS) Solid knowledge of Windows- and Linux- System and general networking technology Fluent business English Basic understanding of agile workflows Core Tasks Define, plan and maintain the IT infrastructure on-premises and in the cloud (RRAS, Wi-Fi, UC) Define, plan and maintain the needed physical and virtual servers Conception, implementation and administration of on premises, cloud-based and SaaS services Creation, implementation and maintenance of an IT-security concept Creation, implementation and maintenance of a UAC concept Creation, implementation and maintenance of a Monitoring concept Creation, implementation and maintenance of a Backup concept Definition and regular controlling of a disaster recovery plan Evaluation of new hard- and software Evaluation of new vendors and partners Regular controlling of existing partners and contracts for SLA levels and cost optimisation Sparring partner for new and changed technology-demands in all departments Overseeing the technology used in all departments and proactively support them to discover new and improved technology Define workflows for user support and change management for IT helpdesk Prioritization of tasks and faults Reactive and proactive user support Defining guidelines for system documentation and ensuring documentation quality
