Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a talented and motivated recruiter to join our People and Culture team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support Reflex Aerospace’s rapid growth. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to ensure the company’s continued success.

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the aerospace and technology sectors.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with universities.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices to remain competitive in the job market.
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance Reflex Aerospace’s visibility as an employer of choice.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to develop and improve talent acquisition strategies.

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the aerospace, technology, or engineering industries.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and attract top talent.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Proficiency in English and German is preferred.
• Passion for innovation and technology, with a keen interest in the aerospace industry.
