As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will have the chance to join our company just as we are expanding our DACH markets and growing our business significantly.

You will have an impact on:

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process across departments mainly business roles

• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, scorecards, and interview plans

• Source top talent via active search, networking, and talent pools

• Build a strong employer brand and candidate experience

• Track and report recruiting metrics for continuous improvement

• Optimize and automate hiring workflows with our ATS (Recruitee)

• Lead strategic projects (e.g., DEI hiring, referral program, executive search)

What you will add to our Crew:

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced startup

• Strong sourcing skills and experience with ATS and other Recruiting tools 

• Proven track record hiring for diverse roles, including tech and business

• Ability to manage multiple processes at once and stay organized

• Great communication skills in English (German is a plus)

• Hands-on, proactive mindset and a drive to constantly improve.
