Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Essen or Leipzig, Germany

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, conduct, and follow up on phone calls and job interviews
• Asses applicants via aptitude tests to find the best fit for teams
• Guide applicants through every step of the recruitment process
• Work with our social media team to develop exciting content and campaigns
• Manage recruitment databases

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/ fluency in German (C1 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level)
• Previous experience in human resources is a plus
• Knowledge of German labor law would be beneficial
• Comfortable using common PC and internet applications.
• Excellent communication skills and a desire to continue to learn
• Able to work carefully with attention to detail and independently
