Talent Operations Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to step into the heart of a fast-paced global Talent Acquisition (TA) team. As a Talent Operations Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth hiring operations - from delivering an exceptional candidate journey to supporting key TA projects across multiple markets.

This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, curious, and motivated to grow their career in Talent Acquisition. You’ll gain hands-on experience in candidate experience, project management, systems enablement, and data operations - building the foundations to advance into broader roles within TA, HR operations, or project management.

What you’ll be doing

Project Management & Jira Support

• Act as first-line support for Jira tickets related to TA processes and systems

• Triage, assign, and track requests, escalating when needed

• Support the rollout of TA projects (new tools, process improvements, training)

• Maintain trackers, documentation, and status updates for stakeholders

• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for TA leadership
  
   

Interview Coordination

• Schedule interviews across multiple time zones in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers

• Communicate with candidates to ensure a professional, seamless experience

• Manage interview panels, reminders, and last-minute changes

• Keep our ATS (SmartRecruiters/Workday) accurate and up to date

• Share pipeline reports and conversion metrics to support recruiter

What we’re looking for

You’ll succeed in this role if you have:

• Experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a similar role

• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities

• Great written and verbal communication skills

• Comfort with ATS platforms, calendars, and scheduling tools

• Familiarity with Jira (or other ticketing/project management tools)

• Experience in global/multi-market teams

• Exposure to Agile or Kanban project methodologies

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets or reporting skills

What success looks like

• 95%+ of interviews scheduled on time, with strong candidate satisfaction

• Jira requests triaged and routed within SLAs, keeping the TA team moving smoothly

• TA projects delivered on time, with clear updates and documentation

• Recruiters and hiring managers view you as a trusted, reliable partner
