Responsibilities

Work with key stakeholders to manage the process from new job requirement through to final offers
Screening, assessment and scheduling for candidates in our pipelines
High quality sourcing to drive pipeline activity
Ensure outstanding processes and candidate experience
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing innovations to improve our products and processes
Dive deep into the details to identify, understand, and solve difficult technical problems.
Constantly be challenging requirements to determine what adds value and what is not.

Qualifications

Strong experience recruiting for technical roles
Tech and software recruitment experience is great, ideal if you have any defence knowledge also
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
Strong understanding of high quality processes to ensure recruitment excellence
Able to adapt and change quickly given the fast paced growth in the industry
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a strong drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to travel as needed.
