Talent Pool LAB 1720 Founder (m/f/d)

At LAB 1720, we collaborate with industry experts and creative minds to identify and validate the most promising start-up ideas. 
Therefore, we are constantly looking for a founder / C-Level to launch, incubate and scale our validated start-up concepts.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (no specification or area of study).
• Proven strength and experience in the industry, a specific business model or technology required for your idea. 
• Relevant professional experience (ideally 3+ years), preferably including founding experience (successful and unsuccessful).
• Strong analytical skills (i.e. ability to solve complex problems).
• Proven people leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills. 

• Passion for the industry, customer segment, and pain points. 
• Visionary and strategic thinking.
• Hunger and drive to found a start-up.
• Preferably a relevant reach and network to support the scaling of the venture.

• Presence - a strong presence that instills confidence in their abilities.
• Spike - solid self-awareness of personal strengths and weaknesses; good balance of confidence and humility.
• Grit - an exceptional level of perseverance based on past experiences. 
• Drive - hands-on and “get shit done” mentality.
• Curiosity - beginner’s mind.

• Budget for the Incubation & Launch phase which you can flexible allocate to cover any costs incurred in setting up the start-up and access to LAB 1720 portfolio services (Design, Engineering, Growth)
