Talent Relations Lead, Sales Market DE (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Talent Relations Lead, you drive influencer strategy and execution to strengthen brand visibility, credibility and engagement across owned, paid and earned channels. You build partnerships, manage agencies, track performance and act as a key liaison to talents and creators in alignment with global brand priorities.

You will:

• Be responsible for Talent strategy and yearly plan based on overarching Global PR strategy and plans
• Optimize Talent budget, applying a cost conscious and entrepreneurial mindset
• Implement the Global Talent strategy, ensuring alignment with global Brand PR and Influencer Marketing
• Plan, execute, and follow up on Talent activities and partnerships, both paid and earned, to enhance the brand’s credibility and visibility within strategic communities
• Identify and partner with the right agencies/agents for strategies and executions related to the Talent Relations area and continuously maintain and build relations with talents, agents, management etc. 
• Conduct Talent mapping and research, identifying the right talents based on our brand direction and ambition to be a fashion brand
• Oversee partnership management including contracts, briefings, and event collaborations in compliance with corporate governance and global standards
• Track, measure, and evaluate talent engagement effectiveness and sentiment providing insights to enhance future strategies
• Represent the brand at H&M events and fashion industry events
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors within your functional expertise area

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will collaborate with PR, Influencer Marketing, Showroom teams, external agencies, talents, agents and creators. You will work with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with global brand plans and support integrated communication and activation strategies across the Sales Market.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

• Degree in Business, Marketing, PR or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in influencer marketing, PR or communications.
• Proven track record of managing influencer initiatives that drive measurable business results.

And people who are…

• Deeply interested in fashion with knowledge of owned, paid and earned media channels.
• Experienced in building and managing partnerships with influencers, talents and agencies (including networks in fashion and celebrity environments).
• Skilled in relationship‑building and communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communicators in English; additional languages as required per market.
