Overview

You are passionate about taxes and looking for more than just traditional tax consulting? You want to advise on transactions, design tax structures, and work on exciting client projects alongside a one-of-a-kind team? Then NEON might be the perfect place for you. We’re looking for tax advisors who are eager to take on challenging tax consulting projects and want to contribute their expertise at NEON.

Your mission

Tax consulting where the action happens: for example, supporting M&A deals and financing rounds, as well as advising on real estate and corporate structures
Firm-wide collaboration in an environment with a strong focus on private equity, venture capital, and real estate
Challenging tax structuring advice and tax consulting on a wide range of ongoing issues for national and international clients
Early client contact and genuine responsibility
A team that shares knowledge, supports one another, and strives to grow together

Your profile

You hold a degree in economics, tax law, or a comparable qualification and are already a licensed tax advisor
Passion for tax planning and structuring, particularly in the context of transactions
Strong affinity for AI and experience with—or interest in—adapting, redesigning, and continuously optimizing processes through digital innovations
Analytical thinking and an interest in economic relationships
An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to take on responsibility
Team spirit, initiative, and excellent German and English language skills
