The position\u0027s dynamic responsibilities will include all aspects of international tax including but not limited to tax audit support, planning projects as they arise, gathering and analysing information to support tax positions, partnering with Eaton\u0027s business operations, participating in cross-functional projects and assistance with corporate tax returns.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n * Assist with the analysis of Merger and Acquisition projects, Reorganisations, and Legal Entity Simplication efforts as necessary.\n * Assist with queries and requests from Tax Authorities.\n * Monitor submission of corporate tax returns for Germany and support the alignment with accounting and information gathering process.\n * Stay in touch and communicate with business operations to understand their business and potential impact of changes to the tax position of Eaton.\n * Monitor changes in tax legislation and international developments and analyze tax risk and opportunities for Eaton and take required actions.\n * Analyzing changes in Eaton\u0027s business and footprint to identify areas of tax opportunity or risk.
