We are on the lookout for a Team Assistant  to join the Central Assistants team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

As a Team Assistant you will be a key part of our department, someone who brings joy and order to the workplace in equal measures and is excited about building strong working relationships with their stakeholders.

You’ll join a high performing team of 27 assistants who are responsible for providing exceptional support across the company. Our purpose is to increase the productivity of our teams and help contribute to accomplishing their business goals as well as improving departmental culture and process efficiency. You will be the magic maker who ensures the People and Culture department is functioning at its best.

  • Assist senior leaders and their teams in their day to day work by providing first-class support, including full administrative task ownership.

  • Organize team meetings, including team All-Hands and leadership meetings.

  • Organize events of all sizes, including team events, conferences and offsites.

  • Manage travel logistics, trip preparation & expense reporting for senior leaders.

  • Manage internal team processes, projects and procurement processes for the department.

  • Take action to improve operational processes to enhance the efficiency of day-to-day activities.

Qualifications

What you need to be successful 

  • You have gained a minimum of 1-2 years of work experience, in team support, or coordinator roles.

  • Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus but not a must) ensuring that tact, discretion and confidentiality are at the forefront of your interactions.

  • You are customer focused, solution-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail and resilience, and have excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • You are a natural relationship builder and have impeccable stakeholder management skills.

  • You are a pro-active, pragmatic and personable individual who enjoys interaction with diverse groups of people.

  • Background in hospitality or experience in optimizing company processes (strong plus).
