Team Coordinator - T cell immunotherapy tools (m|f|d)

In our R&D department, you join a highly motivated, multidisciplinary team of biologists, immunologists, chemists and engineers who are eager to work with you to develop the next generation T cell therapies.

• In this exciting role, you will join a highly ambitious group that drives the development of innovative workflow solutions for the CliniMACS Prodigy® from conceptualization to market release to enable automated and fully closed production of T cell therapies.
• You work closely with other R&D teams and across departments such as Marketing, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Production.
• You will coordinate a small and growing team that will be trained on the CliniMACS Prodigy® under your guidance.  You will supervise team members in the planning, execution, and analysis of experiments using immunological methods. This position is partially lab-based.
• As a subject matter expert, you will support the existing portfolio of engineered T cell manufacturing products.
• You will be responsible for identifying and engaging internal stakeholders, prepare, summarize and report results in internal and external meetings.

• You have a PhD in the life sciences and initial professional experience in clinically relevant process and system development. Alternatively, you should have an MSc in the life sciences and several years of postgraduate experience.
• You have solid foundational knowledge of immunology, complemented by broad expertise in immunological techniques, such as the cultivation, activation, and gene modification of human T cells, as well as in vitro functional analysis. Experience with chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells would be an advantage.
• You have experience in project management and leadership. Knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory affairs, as well as experience of documentation under design control according to DIN EN ISO 13485, would be advantageous.
• You have a strong technical interest and eagerness to learn, as well as an enjoyment of integrating technology with biology. Ideally, you will be familiar with the CliniMACS Prodigy® manufacturing platform.
• You are known for your precise, well-organised and autonomous work style. You enjoy working in a team, have experience mentoring junior team members and approach new challenges with a creative, goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, as well as a proven track record in stakeholder management, complete your profile.
