Type of contract: permanent, on -site with 1 day home office
Location: Germany, Dusseldorf

You Will
  • lead and develop
    people: You are a team leader of a sales -oriented team and do your best to
    develop your team professionally and personally through feedback sessions and
    coaching.

  • make
    onboarding: You develop training plans and ensure a smooth onboarding
    process.

  • provide an
    analysis and feedback: You regularly conduct evaluations and identify
    strengths and weaknesses in order to create targeted development plans for your
    team.

  • provide customer
    service: You are very hands -on, partly involved in operational work and
    conduct consulting calls (inbound & outbound) – all without cold calling.

  • recruit: You
    regularly conduct job interviews to expand your team.

  • realize ideas :
    You optimize processes and continuously work on further developments.



Requirements

  • Sales: You bring several years of
    experience in sales, ideally in the financial services sector, telephone sales
    or as a bank clerk.

  • Leadership: You have demonstrable
    initial leadership experience (technical & disciplinary)

  • Being able to inspire and motivate
    people: You possess a high capacity for enthusiasm, are ambitious, have strong
    social skills, and a sense of responsibility.

  • Entrepreneurial thinking &
    hands -on mentality: You have a strong entrepreneurial and innovative mindset as
    well as the willingness to participate in day -to -day sales operations.

  • Analytical thinking and
    problem -solving skills: You possess a quick grasp of concepts and a strong
    understanding of processes. Excellent problem -solving abilities round out your
    profile.

  • Fluency
    in German and English.
