  Lead from the front: Sell SumUp’s POS and payment solutions in the field.

  Build & coach: Recruit and develop 10–15 commission-based Field Sales Reps.

  Drive performance: Set ambitious goals, track KPIs, and celebrate success.

  Be the market expert: Represent SumUp locally and share insights with HQ.

  Has proven experience in field sales / direct sales.

  Knows how to lead and motivate commission-based teams.

  Speaks fluent German and English.
