Arbeitsbeschreibung - Team Lead Python Backend Engineer (F/M/D)

You are Lead of a cross-functional engineering team and take responsibility for developing, testing and maintaining the backend applications of our product (70% management, 30% coding)
You continuously improve our modern tech stack and shape our architecture
You receive mentorship from an experienced CTO with room to grow
You ensure high-quality maintainable code with code reviews, CI/CD and agile development processes
You help in managing our cloud environments, including AWS and CI/CD

You have 6y+ technical experience in backend development and building APIs
You have coding experience in Python (or other languages and openness to switch to Python)
You have good understanding of Docker, AWS and services around it
You solved production emergencies in the past and have experience how to avoid them
You have good written and verbal communication skills in English
You have strong management and leadership skills with a proven track of record in leading teams
You have experience with distributed teams as a plus

Work closely together with the founders with a proven track record as well as strong technical and entrepreneurial background
