Team Lead Quality Assurance (all genders)

If you are interested in building our QA strategy from ground up, creating test plans together with our Product and Engineering leadership and eventually strive for automation, but also don’t shy away from coordinating and doing the actual tests then look no further!

• 3+ years of experience in QA Management, ideally in a cross-functional product environment
• 2+ years of leadership experience with a strong focus on enabling and empowering teams
• Strong people management skills, including regular 1:1s, performance management, and goal setting (budget responsibility is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback and build trust through empathy
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders
• Structured and detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement
• ISTQB certification or equivalent qualifications are a plus
• Understanding of accessibility standards and quality management frameworks (e.g. ISO 9001) is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus
