Team Lead SaaS (m/f/d)

As a Team Lead SaaS (m/f/d) you will lead and inspire one or more agile teams/building block and support them building and maintaining the SaaS offerings for Cinemo. The products your teams are building will enable customers to experience the future of digital media experiences. It lets them bring any content to any device with our highly innovative technology. 

• Expand and mentor your team - you are a role model of living a healthy feedback culture for your team
• Lead your crossfunctional team (with around 15 team members) in an agile environment, constantly improving the way of working for you and your team in a highly dynamic business
• Recruit new team members and grow your team in a healthy way 
• Coordinate stakeholders and help the team work on the right priorities.
• Guide and teach your team to produce high quality code and to work according to modern agile software craftsmanship and testing approaches and ensure service quality, security and operability
• Keep yourself up to date about industry trends, agile and management topics
• Take architectural responsibility to verify software designs are meeting the large scale requirements of the product
• Be the leader of your building block to deliver E2E feature ownership from embedded engineering up to cloud SaaS applications in close collaboration with a Product Owner and Product Manager

• Several years of experience in people management in software engineering 
• Multiple years of experience in professional Software Development 
• Technical knowledge and understanding for architectures and system designs in a SaaS environment
• Experience in one of the following language: Go, Rust, C++ or TypeScript
• Working experience with agile development practices and active ambassador of modern engineering practices 
• Fluent English and excellent international communication skills
• Highly communicative and collaborative, striving to achieve the best solution for all
• Ability to create guidance in ambigious situations
