• Process Optimization: Lead the digitalization of internal tax processes and implement efficient workflows within the team.
• Audit & Representation: Represent clients in complex tax audits and handle specialized proceedings with tax authorities.

Your Qualifications

• Certification: Successfully passed the German Tax Advisor (Steuerberater) examination.
• Experience: Several years of experience in tax consultancy, with a proven track record in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Expertise: Expert knowledge of German tax law and financial reporting (HGB); international tax knowledge is a plus.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop staff within a collaborative environment.
• Digital Literacy: Advanced proficiency in DATEV and a strong affinity for digital office solutions.
• Languages: Native or fluent proficiency in German (C2) is essential; professional English skills are advantageous.
