Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

• Leading an inhouse technology consulting team and to successfully deliver E.ONs digital technology programs by providing the required tech delivery expertise
• Ensuring operational alignment and execution of E.ONs digital strategy and adherence to E.ONs technology standards within our major digital initiatives
• Collaborating with other E.ON functions to maintain strong relationships, both within business and IT
• Supporting the Unit Head in developing and implementing the overarching tech delivery strategy, methodology and best practices by simultaneously making sure that projects within the dedicated team are delivered in quality, on time and in scope
• Taking ownership for our people and capability development, business growth, and recruitment efforts within the tech delivery team
  
  
  

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

• Holding a completed university degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• Possessing substantial experience in leading line teams and / or digital technology projects and programs, including relevant aspects of people leadership, project management and technical expertise
• Demonstrating strong consulting skills, including strategic thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, senior stakeholder management and customer orientation
• Acting as thought leader (f/m/d) when it comes to project execution & follow-up
• Business fluent English and German skills
• Willingness to travel at least 40%
