What you do
•You orchestrate the evolution and maintenance of our cutting-edge trading platform, leveraging the newest technologies.
•In close collaboration with the PO you ensure cost-efficiency, reliability, scalability and observability of the tech stack.
•You support your direct reports as a servant leader and remove impediments in the daily work of your direct reports.
•You lead by example, embrace a hands-on mentality and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
You are accountable for the cost-efficiency, reliability, scalability and observability of our Trading platform by shaping their architecture and design
Who you are
•You are a conflict mediator, a coach and a team builder with experience in leading and growing teams
•You have previous experience in the context of energy supply or trading
•You have significant software engineering experience (8+ years) with a background cloud microservice environments, ideally with previous experience in developing Algotrading software
•You engage with stakeholders (e.g. customers or development teams) with a solution oriented mindset, leveraging excellent communication skills
•Live by the boy scout and embrace the DevOps mindset: you build it, you ship it, you run it!

The whole thing started 15 years ago with a simple idea from our founder Thomas Raffeiner: What if idle electric cars could be used as mobile storage units? And make their potential available to the energy industry with its growing storage requirements? The idea for The Mobility House was born.
