At 4flow, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Team Lead Workday FIN & HCM (d/f/m), who will take end-to-end responsibility for our Workday landscape.
In this role, you will be hands-on involved in the daily operation and further development of both Workday FIN and HCM. You will combine operational system work, team leadership, and stakeholder management, while actively shaping the future of Workday at 4flow.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Hands-on responsibility for Workday FIN & HCM, including configuration, enhancements and day-to-day operations
Managing the daily operations and strategic development of Workday FIN & HCM systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Identifying and addressing complex support issues while customizing Workday solutions to align with business needs.
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to optimize Workday functionalities and align them with business objectives.
Leading and coordinating projects related to new Workday releases, system updates, and integrations.
Ensuring compliance with internal and external data security and governance requirements.
Driving process efficiency through reporting, analytics, and automation within Workday.
Organizing and delivering training sessions for key users and end users to enhance system adoption and effectiveness.
Strengthening internal communication and visibility of Workday functionalities across the organization.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with strong leadership skills and deep hands-on expertise in Workday. You should bring:
A degree in business administration, finance, human resource management, business informatics, or a
related field.
5+ years of experience in Workday FIN, Workday HCM is a plus, including system configuration, management and integrations.
Strong background in process design, project management, and business process optimization.
Strong knowledge of Workday security models, reporting tools and interfaces.
A proven track record of leading teams and managing projects.
Workday training and certifications are a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a structured, hands-on approach.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across all levels in an international environment.
Fluency in English.
