Team Member - Personalized T-cell Therapy (m|f|d)

You will be working in the Personalized T cell Immunotherapy division, a group focusing on pre-clinical R&D activities for direct clinical translation .

• You will be responsible for the development and implementation of protocols and assays to optimize T cell therapy manufacturing and determine the function and potency of personalized T cell therapies.
• You will routinely perform many T cell-based functional and descriptive assays to test and select concepts for pre-clinical validation.
• You will work both independently and in a team environment to provide proof-of-concept pre-clinical feasibility data for our internal drug development and to assist external collaborators.
• As a member of an interdisciplinary team of biologists, immunologists, chemists and engineers, you are happy to join forces with you and develop next generation anti-cancer therapies.
• You have possibility to publish your results and expand collaborative projects with academic groups and industry.

• You have successfully completed your master´s degree in a field related to immunology or human biology with a focus on cellular biology. You have gained relevant scientific experience to quickly learn and implement human immune assays.
• Your technical skills and experience enable you to effectively develop and optimize protocols for characterization and expansion of  T-cells and testing their reactivity.
• You are passionate that your scientific work that has the potential to bring meaningful benefit to patients and help develop the next cures for cancer.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to work within a team and good English language skills are also preferred.
• Your organizational talent has already been revealed in similar circumstances and your excellent communication skills and structured working ability have been amply demonstrated
