As a Warehouse Team Lead (gn), you are responsible for the smooth coordination of all logistics processes and the leadership of your team. You already have experience in warehouse logistics and are motivated to help drive the brands ESN & More Nutrition forward? Then get in touch and become part of our team.

Your mission

• Professional leadership of the warehouse team


• Organization, management, and optimization of all warehouse processes (goods receipt, picking, shipping)


• Ensuring a smooth flow of materials


• Monitoring inventory levels and conducting stocktakes


• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and occupational health regulations


• Training and further development of employees


• Collaboration with other departments

Your experience & skills

• Completed training in logistics, warehouse management, or a comparable qualification


• Several years of professional experience in warehouse operations, ideally in a leadership role


• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems


• Strong organizational skills and leadership abilities


• High sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and team spirit


• Willingness to work shifts


• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
