Arbeitsbeschreibung - Teamleiter (m/w/d) Hardware Design Automotive

  • Technical and disciplinary management of a seven-person team
  • Leading the development of innovative solutions for vehicle electronics and their implementation through to series production
  • Responsibility for the coordination and efficient communication of design data and project plans with the supply chain and production departments
  • Development and optimization of the existing hardware portfolio (e.g. power electronics, embedded electronics, advanced sensor electronics such as foreign object detection and positioning)
  • Lead platform and architecture strategies that drive reuse, reduce costs, improve quality and accelerate time to market
  • Implement consistent and process-oriented product documentation including QM process documentation and parts library management
  • Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering or in a similar field 
  • Proven experience in the development of power electronics products (inverters, DC/DC, PFC) for series production in the automotive sector (service provider)
  • Ten years of experience in a leading position is preferred
  • Knowledge in the development and management of ECAD tools, ideally with Altium Designer
  • High team orientation, hands-on mentality and very good analytical approach
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
