Teamleiter Service & Rezeption (m/f/d) - Essen City Centre - Premier Inn 

REMUNERATION: at least 2720,64€ gross salary, according to the applicable pay scale
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: 39 per week
LOCATION: Am Hauptbahnhof 3, 45127 Essen

• Organisation & Team Leadership: As Team Leader, you organise and manage our ground floor team in the respective shifts and are actively involved in all areas of the hotel - from reception to the kitchen. 
• Guest relations & commitment: Together with the team, you will efficiently process enquiries, reservations and billing and ensure that our guests are looked after with passion by being exactly where the guest needs you. 
• Unforgettable moments & leading by example: You set a good example and implement a warm welcome and seamless service for our guests so that every visit is unforgettable. As a role model, you exemplify our Groundfloor concept and company values and ensure compliance with all guidelines to ensure an exceptional stay.

• Practical experience: You already have some management experience in a hotel and are familiar with the processes and areas. Or you have already held a management position in the service or catering industry.
• Digital skills: You are adept at using Word and Outlook and are quick to adapt new technologies. Initial experience with the Opera hotel management system is a plus, but not a must. 
• Language skills: You have a confident command of written and spoken German and English.
