YOUR ROLE
As a Tech Lead / Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our technological strategy. You will lead a team of talented developers, ensuring the delivery of innovative and scalable solutions that support our business goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of software engineers, defining the technical vision and strategy.

• Project Management: Oversee and coordinate technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Architecture & Design: Develop robust software architectures and make strategic technology decisions.

• Code Quality: Maintain high coding standards through regular reviews and best practices.

• Mentoring & Coaching: Support the professional growth of your team through mentoring and coaching.

• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with other departments to develop technical solutions aligned with business needs.
