Technical Business Development Consultant (Power & Renewable Energy)

Manning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT & Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is hiring for a Technical Business Development Consultant (Power & Renewable Energy) to join one of its clients projects and team in Germany for a fixed term project.

Job Description:

• Build and continuously maintain a comprehensive Technical Advisor (TA) ecosystem map within the assigned country or region. 
  

• Proactively collect intelligence on utility-scale renewable energy projects, industry trends and market developments 
  

• Continuously monitor project pipelines and identify emerging opportunities. 
  

• Deliver product and solution updates related to utility-scale solar inverters and energy storage systems. 
  

• Promote standardized technical solutions and increase market awareness through technical engagement. 
  

• Organize and support technical seminars and knowledge-sharing activities. 
  

• Transfer qualified project leads and market intelligence to the local representative office for further project development. 
  

• Ensure smooth handover of qualified project opportunities.
  

Experience/Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline. 
  

• Fluent English, German or Chinese is a plus 
  

• Several years of experience within one or more of the following: Renewable Energy Utility-scale Solar PV Energy Storage EPC Engineering Consulting Power System Design Technical
